The Link Method

If you’ve heard of any mnemonics then this is the one that you’ve probably heard about. It was certainly the first one I heard about, and, to be honest it put me off memory techniques for a while. It seemed its only use was for the ability to remember lists of useless information and the method seemed very inflexible.

But please don’t be put off; it is actually the greatest starting place for enhancing your memory in an entirely natural and extremely flexible manner.

At first, yes, you will learn to remember long lists of seemingly pointless things, but this is simply the basis for something much more. The link system, you see, is the basis of all memory systems including your natural, every-day memory.

But first, so you can see how far you’ve come, please spend the next two minutes to create a benchmark for yourself.
