If you don’t exercise, eat healthily and get enough sleep you become fat, lazy and sick. But it isn’t just your body that is suffering. Your body is the container for something incredibly precious, and it relies on your body to look after it. Your brain feeds off the same things your body does – so if you have an unfit body you'll also have poor brain health.

Quite simply your brain is made out of the things you eat. If you feed yourself with rubbish, your brain won’t have the raw ingredients it needs to repair its self and grow.
